CHINOX F57 by Double Bond Chemical is Benzenamine, N-phenyl-, reaction products with 2, 4, 4-trimethylpentene. It acts as an excellent co-stabilizer. It provides stabilization of the polyol that protects against oxidation during storage and transport of the polyol as well as scorch protection during foaming. It exhibits low volatility. It is a liquid amine antioxidant for processing and long-term thermal stabilization. It is highly compatible with polymers, such as polyols and polyurethane. CHINOX F57 can be used in combination with other stabilizers, such as hindered phenolic antioxidants, UV absorbers, and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS). It is recommended for hot melt adhesives at concentrations of about 0.1 to 0.5% and other adhesives.
