Renewable aromatic multifunctional polyol. It acts as a flame resistance agent. Exhibits high viscosity, high reactivity and low exothermic nature. Provides formulation flexibility and improved surfactant properties. Highly miscible with standard polyols and blowing agents. Compatible with urethane prepolymers. Used in bio-based rigid and flexible foam formulations. Applications include adhesives and sealants. Certified by USDA (95%).
