Renewable aromatic Mannich polyol. It exhibits low viscosity, high degree of moisture resistance, high reactivity and low exothermic nature. Shows self-catalytic Mannich reaction. Provides formulation flexibility, improved surfactant properties and increased flame-retardancy. Highly miscible with standard polyols and blowing agents. Compatible with urethane. Effective in 2lb foam systems. Used in bio-based rigid and flexible foam formulations. Applications include durable adhesives and sealants. Certified by USDA (73%).
