Polycard™ XFN 150M by Composite Technical Services is aromatic mannich polyol. It exhibits high reactivity and low exothermic nature. Shows self-catalytic mannich reaction. Provides formulation flexibility, improved surfactant properties and increased flame-retardancy. Offers very fast cream time and improved cell structure. Highly miscible with standard polyols and blowing agents. Compatible with urethane. Can also replace amine catalyst in urethane formulations. Used in bio-based rigid and flexible foam formulations including spray foam formations. Applications include durable adhesives and sealants. Polycard™ XFN 150M is certified by USDA (73%).
