Hostanox® M 101 Pwd by Clariant is ammonium polyphosphate. Acts as a flame retardant.
- It is non-hygroscopic, and non-flammable.
- Largely insoluble in water and completely insoluble in organic solvents.
- Imparts a good flame-retardant effect on adhesives and sealants when it is incorporated into the base formulation at the rate of 10-20%.
