Pripol™ 1022 VEG by Cargill is a distilled dimer acid with high purity, high difunctionality and lower viscosity than other standard grades. It is suitable for use in epoxy, polyester and polyamide systems. Exhibits excellent sealant & protective properties and good pigment wetting properties. It provides hydrophobicity/water repellency and excellent hydrolysis- & chemical resistance. It offers flexibility, prevents cracking and can be used in conjunction with flexible substrates. Pripol™ 1022 VEG is designed for use in adhesives and sealants. It imparts hydrolytic stability for longer lifetime, allowing for exposure to humid conditions.
