GARAMITE® -7305 by BYK is a powdered rheology additive for use in adhesives and sealants. It contributes to improving sagging stability whilst enabling easy processing. It is characterized by particularly easy incorporation at a high efficiency in various binder systems based on polyurethanes and silaneterminated polymers.
- It offers high shear thinning effect and tolerance to high shear forces.
- It provides greater bulk density than fumed silica, making it easier to use with significantly reduced dusting.
- It needs no heat or activators for activation.
- It has greater efficiency and/or lower dosage.
- It can be incorporated directly into the formulation.
- Recommended dosage level of GARAMITE® -7305 is 0.5-5% based upon the total formulation.
- It has a shelf life of 60 months.
