Bomar® BR-5541M by Bomar is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate diluted in 20% IBOA. It possesses high elongation and low modulus.
- The high molecular weight of the backbone structure provides improved elasticity and rebound as compared to similar high elongation materials.
- It offers improved tear strength and adhesion to a variety of substrates, mainly plastics but also glass & metal.
- It exhibits a high degree of flexibility comparable to silicone-based materials such as Bomar® BRS-14320S, but with improved compatibility and surface cure.
- Bomar® BR-5541M is designed for plastic-bonding adhesives.
- The compressibility of this oligomer also makes it suitable for cure-in-place gasket and sealing applications.
- It is listed with EU REACH, UK REACH and TSCA regulations.
