Irganox® 1330 FF by BASF is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with excellent dielectrical properties. It has good compatibility with most substrates, high resistance to extraction and is odorless. The product can be used in combination with other additives such as costabilizers (e.g. thioethers, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizers and other functional stabilizers. It is a highly effective stabilizer for organic substrates. It is compatible with polyolefins e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides, and styrene homo and copolymers, PVC and polyurethanes. It is particularly recommended for polyolefin applications requiring good water extraction resistance combined with low color development. Used in hot-melt adhesives. Irganox® 1330 FF is listed in AICS, DSL, IECSC, EINECS, ENCS, ECL, TSA, PICCS, BUWAL and TSCA. It is approved in many countries for use in food contact applications.
