Attagel® 20

Attagel® 20 by BASF is an intermediate, specialty attapulgite. Used as a very good thixotropic thickening agent for water-borne and solvent systems in adhesives, sealants and caulks. Provides sag resistance, viscosity control, spreadability and very good feathering at low cost. Attagel® 20 offers syneresis (liquid separation) control, pigment suspension, good film build, reduced water sensitivity, bacteria, chemical and spatter resistance, very good binding and tabletting features and improved extrusion properties.
