Proxel™ LV by Arxada is a 20% aqueous dipropylene glycol solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one. It is a biocide for use in the preservation of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. The recommended usage level of Proxel™ LV is 0.05-0.25% by weight in water-based adhesives.
