CRAYVALLAC® PA3 BA 20

CRAYVALLAC® PA3 BA 20 by Arkema is an APEO-, HAPs- and heavy metal-free, pre-activated amide rheology modifier. It is dispersed in butyl acetate and alcohol. It provides film with gloss, leveling and anti-corrosion properties. It is recommended for assembly and other adhesives. It offers excellent edge-coverage, sag resistance and sprayability.

• It provides excellent anti-settling, in-can appearance, syneresis resistance and viscosity stability during storage.
• It is supplied in the form of crystalline fibers, which form an interacting network in the system.
• This network allows shear thinning rheology, offering a very high viscosity under the low shear rates associated with sedimentation, and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.5-5% under medium shear.
• CRAYVALLAC® PA3 BA 20 has a shelf life of 24 months.
