Phenolic Monomers for Adhesives and Sealants

Resi4^TEST Aqueous based by ResiCare is a water-based phenolic resin. It does not contain formaldehyde, resorcinol, phenol and isocyanates. It is recommended for mineral and plant-based insulation, whether glass fiber, rock fiber or wood fiber, for both flexible and rigid panels.

Resi4^TEST Molding by ResiCare is a powder phenolic resin. It does not contain SVHC, formaldehyde, resorcinol, phenol and isocyanates. It can be used to produce molding compound.

• It can be mixed with different additives depending on the desired properties of the finished product.
• Adhesive systems based on Resi4^TEST Molding are used when high-temperature resistance is required.

Sipomer® SEM 25 by Syensqo is a polyalkoxyl polyarylphenol ethylenic methacrylate. It is a unique monomer for use in alkali-soluble associative thickness modification. It provides high adhesive power, enhanced mechanical properties and improved chemical- and water resistance to the polymer systems. It promotes the adhesion of polymer resins to metal, glass, concrete and other inorganic substrates in many applications including maintenance, automotive and architectural. It is used in industrial processes and emulsion polymerization. It is listed with TSCA, DSL and EINECS/ELINCS. Sipomer® SEM 25 has a shelf life of 365 days.

TMBP is a clear, 2,2’,6,6’-tetramethyl-4,4’-biphenol by Songwon. It offers toughness. TMBP is designed for use in the manufacture of epoxy resins. It is designed for use in adhesives and sealants.

Fatty acid modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. Appearance is clear and clean. It possesses high gloss and higher flexibility than standard bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. It exhibits excellent water- & chemical-resistance and shows good flow & levelling.

Modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. Appearance is clear and clean. It possesses very high gloss and higher flexibility than standard bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance and good abrasion resistance. Suitable for paper and film lamination.

Amine modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. Appearance is clear and clean. It possesses high gloss, good UV/EB cure reactivity and good surface hardness. It exhibits good water resistance, excellent chemical resistance and good flexibility & adhesion.

Toluene free modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. It is a transparent tawny liquid. It possesses fast curing speed, improved flexibility, shows good adhesion and good pigment wetting. Suitable for plastics.

100% Bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. Appearance is clear and clean. It possesses light color, fast curing speed, high gloss, high surface hardness and exhibits chemical- & heat-resistance. Suitable for laminating adhesives.

Toluene free modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. Appearance is clean and clear. It possesses good pigment wetting and improves water/oil balance for offset inks. It exhibits good scratch resistance and excellent adhesion. It provides good adhesion for PP, PET, PE and OPP. Suitable for plastics.
