Cardolite® NX-2026 is a high purity cardanol, bio-based diluent, resin modifier, and accelerator designed for use in adhesives and sealants. It is based on natural, renewable, non-food raw material feedstock. Exhibits very low viscosity, low volatility, excellent water resistance and corrosion protection originating from its chemical structure, long hydrophobic aliphatic chain and aromatic ring. Cardolite® NX-2026 is suitable to be used as a diluent and an accelerator for epoxy adhesives and an isocyanate blocking agent. In adhesive formulation, Cardolite® NX-2026 can improve workability by reducing viscosity and help to achieve fast cure in solvent free formulations. It is recommended for 2K Epoxy adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesive, hot melt adhesives for fabric lamination, 1K/2K epoxy-PU hybrid adhesive, wood/ paper adhesives and industrial adhesive applications. The recommended use level of the product is <20% of total resin weight.

EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 3253 by Westlake Epoxy is used as a co-activating accelerator for other epoxy resin curing agents including polyamides, fatty amidoamines, polysulfides and acid anhydrides. It is a tertiary amine, tris (dimethyl amino-methyl) phenol. It offers high reactivity, low viscosity, low vapor pressure and good color.

• It is used in concrete adhesives, sealants and bake cured adhesives.
• Secondary uses include catalysts for urethane elastomers, isocyanurate foams, epoxy homopolymerization and isocyanate trimerization.
• EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 3253 has a shelf life of 3 years.

VENLOMC DBTDL by Syntheo is a premium quality dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst for foaming polyurethane. It is used in the manufacture of polyether and polyester based urethane polymers. It catalyzes esterification reactions, transesterification reactions and polycondensation reactions.

• It ensures consistent and controlled polymerization.
• It is used in adhesive, urethane sealant, automotive, construction, building, electronics, electrical, packaging and technical films.
• VENLOMC DBTDL has a shelf life of 6 months.

FOMREZ® SUL-4 catalyst by Galata Chemicals (Artek) is an organotin dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst. It can be used alone or in combination with standard amine co-catalysts. It is suitable for the manufacture of polyether and polyester-based urethane polymers made by one-shot or prepolymer techniques.

• FOMREZ® SUL-4 catalyst is used in the catalysis of adhesives, sealants, and room-temperature vulcanized silicone polymers.

FOMREZ® UL-28 catalyst by Galata Chemicals (Artek) is an organotin dimethyltin dineodecanoate. It is used in adhesives. It exhibits fast cure speed and moderate hydrolytic stability. FOMREZ® UL-28 catalyst can be used as a cost and performance replacement in any process currently using DBTDL.

FOMREZ® UL-32 catalyst by Galata Chemicals (Artek) is a dioctyltin mercaptide catalyst. It is used for water-blown urethane elastomers or foams blown with alternate blowing agents including the pentanes.

• It can also be used for the preparation of one-shot or prepolymer type, polyether-based, urethane elastomers, as well as adhesives and sealants.
• FOMREZ® UL-32 catalyst allows high resistance to hydrolysis and extended shelf life.

FOMREZ® UL-6 catalyst by Galata Chemicals (Artek) is a dibutyltin bis(2-ethylhexyl thioglycolate) catalyst. It provides an important delayed-action catalytic effect, which in elastomer formulations allows increased pot life at ambient or low temperatures. FOMREZ® UL-6 catalyst exhibits medium cure speed and hydrolytic stability.

Tyzor® 217 by Dorf Ketal is an aqueous solution of zirconium lactate, and sodium salt. It acts as an adhesion promoter, as cure catalysts, and an effective crosslinking agent. It is a water-based zirconium chelate that is stable in the water near neutral pH. It can react with a variety of nucleophilic species such as -OH and -COOH groups. It helps in crosslinking carbohydrates (e.g., cellulose, starch, and guar) and other functionalized polymers (e.g., polyvinyl alcohol). Tyzor® 217 is used in water-based adhesives such as epoxy, polyurethane, and polyvinyl acetate.

Rubber Accelerators TBBS (NS) by Dalian Richfortune Chemicals is an N tertiarybutyl-2-benzothiazole sulfennamide. It is used in adhesive tapes. It is soluble in benzene, methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, gasoline and insoluble in water, dilute acid, & dilute alkali solutions. Rubber Accelerators TBBS (NS) offers excellent advantages of scorch resistance and short curing time.
