KLJ-TBC by KLJ Group is citric acid ester of C4 alcohol. Colorless and odourless oily liquid, free of foreign materials. Acts as a primary plasticizer for PVC and PVC copolymers. Shows insolubility in water but solubility in alcohols and organic solvents. Exhibits miscibility and compatibility with all the monomeric plasticizers of PVC compounding. KLJ-TBC is used as a main plasticizer of PVC for food packaging and medical products, of vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride copolymer for food-packing and precise instrument packing, of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, of sustained-release pharmaceutical tablets and in manufacturing of toys and safety glasses.
