Tinuvin® 213

Tinuvin® 213 by BASF is reaction product of methyl 3-(3-(2H-benzotriazole-2-yl)-5-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate/ PEG 300. Acts as a UV absorber belonging to the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Tinuvin® 213 offers ease of handling and incorporation.</li> <li>Provides excellent UV absorption to protect polymers from photodegradation.</li> <li>Imparts good light stability to a variety of polymers.</li> <li>It is less volatile than many alternative UVAs so it provides greater permanence during processing or heat aging conditions.</li> <li>It is useful in a variety of substrates and applications, including polyurethanes, liquid color concentrates, elastomers, styrene homo- and copolymers, PMMA, vinyl polymers (PVB, PVC), engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyesters and polyolefins.</li> <li>The usage levels range from 0.15 % to 1.0%, depending on the substrate and performance requirements of the final application.</li></ul>

Tinuvin® 111

Tinuvin® 111 by BASF is a synergistic mixture of a methylated high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) and oligomeric Tinuvin® 622. Acts as an excellent UV stabilizer.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Exhibits outstanding extraction resistance, low gas fading and low pigment interaction.</li> <li>Provides exceptional ancillary properties such as agricultural performance, especially mulch applications.</li> <li>Well-suited for PP fibers and applications with moderate chemical exposure.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level ofTinuvin® 111 is 0.05-1.5%.</li></ul>

Lupragen® N 208

Lupragen® N 208 by BASF is a low-VOC reactive catalyst. It is suitable for the production of polyurethane (PU) flexible, semi-rigid and rigid foams. It is firmly integrated into the PU polymer network during foam production so it cannot escape from the foam afterwards. It is used in flexible foams for mattresses and upholstery, more rigid foams for automotive interiors such as dashboards or armrests.
