High grade calcium / zinc based heat stabilizer. It contains Ca content of 2.2% and Zn content of 4.0%. It is solid due to which some lubrication adjustments may be necessary to fine tune rheology to match specific liquid tin stabilizers. It shows to outperform in outdoor weathering applications as it matches or exceeds the stabilization performance properties of tin based stabilizers. It is specifically developed for rigid weatherable PVC profile applications. Recommended used level is 2.5 to 3.5 phr.
