LUVOBATCH® PP BA 5373 by Lehmann & Voss is an exothermic blowing agent for polypropylene (PP) applications. It is a dust-free, low-cost masterbatch in granulate form. It exhibits controlled foaming process, good dispersion, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties, and shock absorbing properties.
- It provides low dosing, constant gas distribution and possibility of higher weight reduction.
- It offers decorative effects, reduction of cycle time through reduction of melt viscosity and prevention of sink marks.
- It is used in cast film-, blown film-, pipe-, cable- & sheet extrusion and TSG applications.
- Recommended dosage level of LUVOBATCH® PP BA 5373 is 1 to 15%.
