COSMOPLENE® AR564 by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a high impact polypropylene (PP) copolymer grade manufactured by gas phase process licensed from Sumitomo Chemical Co. Japan. Exhibits high flow, high stiffness, and fast molding cycle. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. COSMOPLENE® AR564 is recommended for tub of washing machine, thin wall containers, toys and electrical appliances. It complies with the US FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c)3.1a. COSMOPLENE® FS3028 by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high purity, low ash content, excellent high-speed processability and gauge control. Offers enhanced performance features such as high clarity, mechanical and barrier properties. COSMOPLENE® FS3028 is recommended for biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films for dielectrical films used in capacitors. It is also applicable for metallization process. COSMOPLENE® FL7015E2 by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a heat sealable polypropylene (PP) terpolymer grade containing slip agent. Exhibits excellent optical properties & barrier properties and good flow compatibility. Is suitable for processing by cast film extrusion. Also can be coextruded with selected copolymer/terpolymer as skin layer. COSMOPLENE® FL7015E2 is recommended for food contact applications and film applications. Complies with U.S FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 1.1a. COSMOPLENE® FL7320L by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a polypropylene (PP) terpolymer grade containing antiblock agent. Exhibits excellent optical properties & barrier properties, good aluminium adhesion, high heat resistance and good wetting tension retention after corona treatment. Is suitable for processing by cast film extrusion. COSMOPLENE® FL7320L is recommended for food contact applications and aluminium metalized cast film (M-CPP) applications. Complies with U.S FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.2a. COSMOPLENE® Y101G by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. Exhibits narrow molecular weight distribution, high flow, and high stiffness. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. COSMOPLENE® Y101G is recommended for general products such as household and food containers. It complies with the US FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c)1.1a. COSMOPLENE® FS3030 by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. It exhibits high purity, low ash content, excellent high-speed processability and gauge control. It offers enhanced performance features such as high clarity, mechanical and barrier properties. COSMOPLENE® FS3030 is recommended for biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films for dielectric films used in capacitors. COSMOPLENE® FC9413G by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a polypropylene (PP) random copolymer grade. Exhibits good transparency, high stiffness, low heat seal, good adhesion with BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film, excellent processability, stable edge stability and high thickness control under high speed. Also offers good clarity, high optical, barrier & mechanical properties, good impact strength and excellent dimensional stability after sterilization. Can be processed using extrusion coating on BOPP film. COSMOPLENE® FC9413G is recommended for snack food, instant noodle and many other food packaging applications. Complies with U.S FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.1a. COSMOPLENE® FY4012E by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. Exhibits good stiffness, tensile strength & excellent processability. COSMOPLENE® FY4012E is recommended for yarn, tapes, bands and monofilaments. COSMOPLENE® AZ191 by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is a polypropylene (PP) impact copolymer grade manufactured by gas phase process licensed from Sumitomo Chemical Co. Japan. Exhibits excellent surface appearance, excellent flowability, and good impact property at high melt flow rate. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. COSMOPLENE® AZ191 is recommended for thin-wall automotive parts and also suitable for use as a base material for automotive components. COSMOPLENE® AW864 by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) is an antistatic high impact polypropylene (PP) copolymer grade. It is an UV stabilized grade and manufactured by gas phase process. Exhibits medium flow and high stiffness. Suitable for processing by injection molding. COSMOPLENE® AW864 is recommended for crates, washing machine parts and automotive parts.
