KetaSpire® KT-820 CF30 by Syensqo is a semi-crystalline, flame retardant, polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. It is a radiotranslucent grade providing high heat-, chemical-, fatigue-, wear-, abrasion-, steam- and radiation (gamma) resistance. Exhibits low melt flow, good dimensional stability, high purity, high stiffness and sterilization through autoclave, E-beam, ethylene oxide, heat, steam & radiation. Offers high mechanical strength, good processability, low CLTE, high limiting PV properties and excellent dielectric properties with low loss at high temperatures and frequencies. It is a semi-crystalline grade exhibiting good wear-, heat-, chemical-, fatigue- and impact resistance. Possesses high purity, good dimensional stability, processability and ductility. Offers low CLTE, high limiting PV properties and excellent dielectric properties with low loss at high temperatures and frequencies. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and machining. KetaSpire® KT-820 NT by Syensqo is a low flow, flame retardant, unreinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK) resin lubricated with calcium stearate (0.01%). Is a semi-crystalline, radio-translucent grade exhibiting good wear-, heat-, fatigue-, impact-, radiation (gamma) & steam resistance as well as excellent chemical resistance to organics, acids, and bases. Provides high purity, good dimensional stability, processability and ductility. Offers low CLTE, high limiting PV properties and excellent dielectric properties with low loss at high temperatures and frequencies. Shows good sterilizability by autoclave, E-beam, ethylene oxide, heat, radiation and steam. It can be processed by blow molding, film extrusion, injection molding, machining, profile extrusion, thermoforming and wire & cable extrusion.
