1001-BZ

1001-BZ by Advanced Composites (Mitsui Chemicals) is thermoplastic olefin (TPO) elastomer grade. It is designed for injection molding method. During processing of 1001-BZ, holding pressure should be lower than boost pressure with a minimum amount of time to prevent over-packing of the part and screw should stop 1 to 2 seconds before mold open.
