It is UV stabilized grade, exhibiting high stiffness and low temperature ductility.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed for injection molding method.</li> <li>ADX-5023 is possibly used for variety of molded-in-color automotive interior parts and pillar applications.</li> <li>During processing, holding pressure should be lower than boost pressure with a minimum amount of time to prevent over-packing of the part and screw should stop 1 to 2 seconds before mold open.</li> <li>Lower RPM of screw is preferred for mixing and uniform melt temperature.</li> <li>Injection speed should be slow to medium to prevent excessive shear on the material.</li></ul>
