KetaSpire® KT-880 GF30 BK 95 by Syensqo is a high flow, flame retardant polyetheretherketone (PEEK) resin reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It provides high heat-, chemical-, fatigue-, wear- and radiation (gamma) resistance. It exhibits good sterilization through autoclave, E-beam, ethylene oxide, heat, steam & radiation, good mechanical properties and steam resistance.
  • It offers higher stiffness & strength than unreinforced PEEK resins, good dimensional stability, high purity, good processability, low CLTE, high limiting PV properties and excellent dielectric properties with low loss at high temperatures and frequencies.
  • It can be processed by injection molding, profile extrusion and machining.
  • Recommended for healthcare/medical applications like hospital goods, surgical instruments, dental instruments, electrical/electronic applications like connectors, aircraft applications, transportation, seals, film, pump parts, chemical processing and oil/gas applications.
