KetaSpire® KT-880 FW30 by Syensqo is a high flow, polyether ether ketone (PEEK) grade, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. It provides a balance of excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance and low coefficient of friction in both dry and externally lubricated applications. It exhibits ease of melt processing, high purity and excellent chemical resistance to organics, acids and bases.
  • It offers flame retardance, good dimensional stability, good sterilizability, high strength and stiffness properties.
  • It shows resistance to high heat (long & short term), fatigue, radiation (gamma) and steam.
  • It is sterilized by autoclave, E-beam, ethylene oxide, heat, radiation (gamma) and steam.
  • KetaSpire® KT-880 FW30 is designed for processing by injection molding, profile extrusion and machining.
  • It is used in transportation, electronics, chemical processing, and industrial uses including oil & gas exploration and production.
