jER™ 604 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a high performance, multifunctional highly viscous liquid epoxy resin based on 4.4’- diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM). It exhibits small curing shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability, ease of fabrication and high mechanical strength.
It offers excellent heat-, wear-, chemical-, moisture- and abrasion resistance.
