TECHNYL® Orange by DOMO Chemicals is a fire-resistant polyamide resin. Designed for high-voltage automotive components, electric cables, connectors, charge plugs & sockets, converter housings, sensors and insulators. Exhibits excellent color stability, superior mechanical performance, high temperature resistance, easy processing and low mold deposit. It increases the potential for miniaturization of electrical & connection components in EVs and HEVs. Offers reliable color retention, fast cycle time, laser-marking, flame-retardancy, high heat and fatigue resistance. Provides good chemical and hydrolysis resistance. The new palette of Technyl® Orange is available in different standard orange shades, including RAL 2003, RAL 2008 and RAL 2011.
