Carbomer. Optasense™ G40 by Croda is a rheology modifier and thickening agent. It possesses very short flow properties and high yield value most suited to clear aqueous and aqueous alcoholic gels. It is also used to stabilize suspensions and emulsions. Optasense™ G40 is used in styling-, shave- & eye gels, face masks, suspensions, creams and lotions. Also, used in skin care, bath, body wash, liquid soaps, facial wash, shampoos, cleansing, hair & body male grooming products.
