Polyquaternium-7 (and) water (aqua). Acts as a conditioning agent. Compatitable with anionic surfatants and suitable for clear surfactant systems. Enhances foam stability and sensory attributes. Ideal for used in shampoos, body washes, shower gels, liquid hand soaps, conditioners, bath, facial wash, shave products, hair-male grooming, shaving-male grooming or to improve conditioning in hair styling products.
