Eigenmann & Veronelli Group acquires majority stake in Cornelius Polska

Eigenmann & Veronelli Group (“EV Group”), an Italian player in the distribution and production of specialty chemicals and ingredients for the food industry, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Cornelius Polska, further strengthening its position at the European level.
Consolidating international reach and strengthening presence in Europe
Founded in Poland in 2007 and headquartered in Warsaw, Cornelius Polska is a well-established distributor of specialty chemicals and has long been a reliable partner for international suppliers and a broad and diverse customer base. Thanks to its strong presence in the Polish market, the company successfully operates in the beauty & personal care, food, and various industrial sectors.
The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of premium products and is supported by a team of approximately 28 highly qualified professionals, recognized for their technical expertise, long-standing relationships, and solid commercial capabilities. In 2025, Cornelius Polska reported annual revenues of approximately €16 million.
This transaction represents a significant strategic step for EV Group, consolidating its international reach and strengthening its presence in Europe, in line with the Group's development plan. The acquisition also opens up new growth and development opportunities in the beauty & personal care, food, and industrial markets.
