Epoxy Hardener G-92 by Estron Chemical acts as a phenolic curing agent. It provides excellent chemical resistance, mechanical properties to the coatings. It offers formulators the versatility of using differing cure cycles while maintaining performance properties. Epoxy Hardener G-92 provides good package stability and exhibit very low yellowing. Used with epoxy and epoxy novolac-based powder coatings. Acts as an imidazole type of curing agent. It provides excellent chemical resistance, mechanical properties and the capability for low temperature cure to the coatings. The coatings based on it can be cured at temperatures ranging from 200°C to 110°C. It has flexibility in assigning cure schedule profiles for various substrates such as composites or MDF since the physical film properties are not affected by cure temperature. Used in epoxy-based powder coatings.
