DCC Yellow 7210 by DCL Corporation is a high performance red shade organic yellow isoindolinone pigment. It is used in both waterborne
and solvent-borne high-end industrial and automotive coating applications due to its outstanding resistance properties. It is predominantly used in combination with aluminum or mica pigments for excellent durability. It offers excellent weatherfastness properties, high chroma and color strength. It shows excellent resistance to ethyl acetate, ethyl alcohol, D.B.P., glycol, MEK, linseed oil, mineral spirits, water, wax, xylene, alkali and acid. DCC Yellow 7210 is used in coil coatings, solvent- and water-based architectural, industrial fast air drying, industrial oven cured and powder coatings. It is in compliance with the code of federal regulations in USA, Canada, China, Europe, Japan, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. DCC Orange 7336 by DCL Corporation is a high performance blue shade benzimidazolone orange for use in a broad range of high-end coatings applications where exceptional weatherfastness, heat stability, chemical resistance and dispersibility are required. It is well suited for waterborne and solvent-borne coatings applications where rheological stability is paramount. It has improved gloss and higher chroma than other PO.36 products. It is heavy metal free and diarylide-free and is an excellent alternative for molybdate orange pigments. It shows very good resistance to ethyl acetate, ethyl alcohol, D.B.P., glycol, MEK, linseed oil, mineral spirits, water, wax, xylene, alkali and acid. DCC Orange 7336 is used in solvent- and water-based architectural, industrial fast air drying, automotive coatings, industrial oven cured and powder coatings. DCC Yellow 2100 by DCL Corporation is a green shade inorganic yellow bismuth vanadate pigment. It has been designed to have optimal hiding power. It has excellent durability, including chemical resistance, heat resistance and weatherfastness, that make it well suited for a wide range of high-end coatings applications. Moreover, it is zinc-free, making it compliant with eco-label registries. It shows excellent resistance to ethyl acetate, ethyl alcohol, D.B.P., glycol, MEK, linseed oil, mineral spirits, water, wax, xylene, alkali and acid. DCC Yellow 2100 is used in coil coatings, solvent- and water-based architectural, industrial fast air drying, automotive coatings, industrial oven cured and powder coatings. It is in compliance with the code of federal regulations in Australia, Canada, China, Europe, Japan, Philippines, USA, New Zealand, and South Korea. DCC Yellow 3GMXA by DCL Corporation is yellow colored bismuth vanadate-based inorganic pigment. It has greenest shade & is most cost-effective grade with exceptionally high color strength. Exhibits very high chroma and opacity. Offers weather fastness, resistance to heat, acid and alkali. It has limited use in automotive-, powder- and coil coatings. DCC Yellow 3GMXA is used in silicate/siloxane coatings, open (high PVC) systems, solvent- and water-based architectural, industrial fast air drying and industrial oven cured coatings. DCC Orange ORS by DCL Corporation is the cleanest inorganic orange pigment. It has high pigment loading and high opacity. Offers excellent weather fastness, heat stability and outstanding hiding power. It has solvent resistance and is a good starting base for orange color matches. It is non-warping in polyloefins. It has limited use in industrial fast air drying and coil coatings. It has a total solar reflectance (TSR) of 58.8% and is well suited to be incorporated into cool coating applications. DCC Orange ORS is used in solvent-based paints, architectural, industrial oven cured, automotive- and powder coatings. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI by DCL Corporation is bismuth vanadate-based inorganic pigment. It is a bright green shade yellow pigment with superb weather fastness and exceptional stir-in characteristics. It is cost-effective and has 50% more color strength than conventional bismuth vanadate in solvent and waterborne systems. It does not contain APE or NPE additives. The SI designation of DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI specifies that, in addition to the phenomenal color strength advantage, it can be fully dispersed in only 5 minutes using a high speed cavitation mixer and no milling is required. It is especially suited for automotive, industrial and decorative applications. DCC Red 7222 by DCL Corporation is a clean blue shade magenta colored quinacridone pigment for use in waterborne and solvent-borne coatings. Exhibits excellent weather fastness, light fastness and chemical resistance. It has very low viscosity in waterborne systems it can be used at higher pigment loadings. It is also suitable for water-based inks. DCC Red 7222 is used in automotive coatings, solvent- and water-based architectural, industrial fast air drying, industrial oven cured, powder- and coil coatings. DCC Yellow RMXA by DCL Corporation is a medium shade yellow colored bismuth vanadate-based inorganic pigment. It has excellent alkali stability. Exhibits very high chroma, high color strength and opacity. Offers weather fastness, resistance to heat and acid. It has limited use in automotive coatings. DCC Yellow RMXA is used in silicate/siloxane coatings, open (high PVC) systems, solvent- and water-based architectural, industrial fast air drying, industrial oven cured, powder- and coil coatings. DCC Blue A2RU by DCL Corporation is a high performance, high transparency greener shade, universal grade of indanthrone blue pigment. It is non-hazardous PB.60 engineered for water and solventborne applications. Exhibits outstanding light & weather fastness as well as resistance to heat and chemicals. It is engineered to be brighter & more intense, especially in special effect metallic finishes. It is recommended for use in alcohol rich and ester rich solvent NC inks. It has limited use in polyamide-based solvent and water base inks. DCC Blue A2RU is used in architectural, industrial fast air drying, industrial oven cured, coil-, automotive- and powder coatings. DCC Yellow 2GTA by DCL Corporation is bismuth vanadate-based green shade yellow colored pigment. It exhibits excellent alkaline stability, weather fastness, heat stability, high saturation, high opacity and good flow properties. It also exhibits very good masstone- & tint light fastness properties. It shows water-, acid- & alkali resistance. It also shows resistance against methyl ethyl ketone, mineral spirits, xylene, ethanol and ethyl acetate. DCC Yellow 2GTA is recommended for high alkaline substrates and containing systems. It is designed for use in decorative-, industrial & powder coatings.
