ACRYSOL™ RM-12W by Dow is a non-ionic, APEO- and solvent-free hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier. It exhibits high low-shear viscosity with an extremely shear thinning rheology and excellent thickening efficiency. It is excellent for spray and thick film applications.
  • It offers excellent sag resistance with minimal effect on flow and leveling.
  • It provides improved brush/roller loading, good anti-drip properties, good in-can structure, and excellent flow/sag balance.
  • It is resistant to microbial and enzymatic attack.
  • It could be used over a wide range of pH and has excellent water and alkali resistance.
  • It is GMO-, BSE- and formaldehyde-free, low odor, easy to handle grade and is incorporate during manufacturing.
  • It is used in interior & exterior economy paints, flat to semi-gloss formulations, water-based industrial coatings.
  • ACRYSOL™ RM-12W is applicable in high-build architectural coatings.
