SURFADOL® 541S by ACME Tech. is a non-ionic, non-yellowing dynamic wetting agent and molecular defoamer. It is non-toxic, silicone- & APEO-free grade. It offers improved flow, leveling & color development, foam control, de-air entrainment, low surface tension and ability to wet hydrophobic surfaces. It also provides low water sensitivity and enhanced wetting on various substrates. It is designed for water-based systems. SURFADOL® 541S is recommended for use in printing inks, overprint varnishes, flexographic and inkjets. It is also used in automotive OEM & cathodic electrophoretic paints, industrial-, wood- & PTFE coatings and electroplating solutions. The suggested use level is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight. The shelf life of the grade is 48 months from the date of manufacture. It complies with REACH, FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300 and China GB 9685-2016.
