HALLBOND® RX-13946 D by Hallstar acts as an adhesion promoter. It provides equal or better adhesion as compared to standard adhesion systems. It is compatible with EPDM, natural rubber, nitrile, chlorinated rubber, SBR and thermoplastic polymers. HALLBOND® RX-13946 D is a one component system that can be mixed in or applied by conventional methods. HALLBOND® RX-13928 S by Hallstar acts as an adhesion promoter.
