Lapox® ARTF-34 by Atul is an unmodified trifunctional high viscosity resin based on triphenol methane. It provides excellent modulus even at high temperature, extremely high glass transition temperature and low viscosity for better processing. Exhibits high chemical resistance, high retention of mechanical strength at elevated temperature and outstanding heat resistance. The reactivity of this resin is comparatively faster than conventional resins with high exotherm. Lapox® ARTF-34 is recommended for high performance structural adhesives application. It has a shelf-life of 1 year. Lapox® ARD-55 (XR-85) by Atul is a low viscosity, high epoxy functionality reactive diluent based on trimethylol propane. Offers good flexibility, improved wetting and processability and reduced viscosity while maintaining most cured properties. Exhibits high resistance to solvents and ammonia. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Lapox® ARD-55 (XR-85) is recommended for high temperature sealants and structural adhesives application. It has a shelf-life of 2 years. Lapox® AH-342 by Atul is a modified aliphatic amine with faster reactivity towards epoxy resins at room temperature. It acts as a hardener. Offers moderate viscosity and excellent bond strength. Cured systems will exhibit good mechanical strength to various substrates. It can be used in combination of Lapox® AH-350 to accelerate cure. Lapox® AH-342 is recommended for adhesives application. It has a shelf-life of 1 year. Lapox® ARD-15 (K-513) by Atul is a low viscosity monofunctional reactive diluent based on cashew nutshell liquid. It is intended for use as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins. Offers improved low temperature curing and moisture resistance. Exhibits improved wetting and processability. Shows high resistance to solvents and ammonia. It reduces viscosity while maintaining most cured properties. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Lapox® ARD-15 (K-513) is recommended for structural adhesives application. It has a shelf-life of 2 years. Lapox® B-11 by Atul is a standard viscosity liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A. It provides an excellent combination of mechanical, thermal, chemical and physical properties when used with an appropriate epoxy curing agent. It is used in adhesives application. Lapox® B-11 have a shelf-life of 2 years. Its ED version is also available for low ionic impurities. Lapox® ARBMI-11 by Atul is a pure bismaleimide resin in powder form. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties at ambient & elevated temperature, good humidity resistance, toughness with DABA and outstanding heat performance. It can be used alone or in combination with reactive diluents, such as o,o’-diallyl bishenol-A or can be formulated with various chemicals components which reacts with the double bonds of bismaleimides, allyl groups or phenolic groups. Faster productivity can be achieved if resin is allowed to cure above 220°C. Lapox® ARBMI-11 is recommended for high performance structural adhesives application. It has a shelf life of one year. Lapox® ARD-13 (XR-80) by Atul is a low viscosity, long chain aliphatic mono-epoxide reactive diluent based on C12-C14 alcohol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins. It offers high resistance to solvents and ammonia. Exhibits improved wetting, processability, low surface tension and good leveling. Provides very good flexibility, reduces viscosity efficiently and relatively low health risk due to its low vapor pressure. Lapox® ARD-13 (XR-80) is recommended for structural adhesives application. It has a shelf-life of 2 years. Lapox® ASH-10 by Atul is a white to off-white, odorless, non-volatile crystalline powder. It acts as curing agent with epoxy resins specially to obtain slow reactivity and extended pot life of mix. Exhibits excellent thermal stability, outstanding mechanical and electrical properties. Lapox® ASH-10 is recommended for structural adhesives application. It has a shelf-life of 5 years. Lapox® ARES-102 by Atul is a dimer acid modified liquid epoxy resin. It provides adhesion, toughness and flexibility. It is recommended for adhesives applications. Lapox® AH-714 by Atul is a low viscosity polyamidoamide based on dimer fatty acid and aliphatic polyamine. It acts as curing agent. It provides good chemical resistance, film forming character and high gloss. Offers high peel strength, improved flexibility, long working time and superior corrosion resistance. Lapox® AH-714 is recommended for adhesives application. It has a shelf-life of 1 year.
