PR 315.21 by Pine Rosins is a glycerol ester of gum rosin/ wood rosin. Acts as a tackifier. It is obtained by esterifying rosin with glycerol at high temperature. Exhibits high softening point, low acid value and high thermal resistance compared to the straight rosin counterpart. PR 315.21 is used in water-based, solvent-based and hot-melt adhesive applications.
