Renewable aromatic tetrafunctional polyol. It exhibits medium viscosity, high reactivity and low exothermic nature. Provides formulation flexibility, improved surfactant properties and increased flame-retardancy. Highly miscible with standard polyols and blowing agents. Compatible with urethane. Can replace aromatic polyether- and polyester polyols in insulation and structural foams. Used in bio-based rigid and flexible foam formulations. Applications include pre-polymer structures, adhesives and sealants. Certified by USDA (95%).
