Polyglykol® D 21/150 by Clariant is an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide copolymer-based solvent and humectant. It shows a very low evaporation rate and foaming tendency. It is used as a synthetic base fluid in high-performance lubricants with low friction coefficients and excellent wear properties.
  • Its viscosity corresponds to ISO VG 220 class.
  • It can reduce friction and wear to expand the system's lifetime.
  • It exhibits thermo-oxidative stability and high thermal conductivity.
  • It has operability in a wide temperature range with a high viscosity index.
